I am in the Republic of Benin. In the process of meditation I experienced sounds (tea kettle whistle and crickets) around two months back. Then started to feel strong pulling sensation in the fontanelle area, which was followed by strong piercing sensation, crawling sensation and melting sensation. Since last 1 week I started to feel the cool breeze emanating from the fontanelle area. Now this cold sensation starts from wherever like around my neck, forearms, legs, along the spine, shoulders, back etc. It’s a very distinct sensation like the cold sensation we feel when we drink water after chewing on a extra strong mint gum. I have not felt it this strong on my palms as yet.
Please suggest me what is the way forward?

Hi Jeetendra, we would encourage you to continue meditating regularly. By establishing a regular practice, the experience of Self-Realization will continue to unfold. We would also suggest doing the balancing and cleansing techniques regularly.
If you would like more specific information please give us your email address through the form above. Thank you for reaching out from Benin!
